Azucena's Fourth Birthday

Azucena has turned four years old! It seems strange that I have had children in my home for four years. That I four years ago I was blessed with such an intelligent and beautiful daughter. Azucena is such a special child. She is quick as a whip. If she hears or sees something once, she probably has it memorized already. She can quote entire episodes of things she loves. She can recite Family Home Evening lessons from months ago with no prompting. Azucena is also a wonderful big sister. She loves playing with Adelaide and is constantly trying to include her. She also helps out with Aurora--getting diapers and pacifiers, letting me know when she's crying or is hungry. While it's hard for her to wake up early (before 9 a.m.), she loves going to Church. She constantly sings Primary songs and loves helping Adelaide with her prayers.

Grace's High School Graduation

My cousin once removed who lives in Idaho Falls graduated from high school! Darren (my cousin) was kind enough to invite us up for the party. It was Hawaiian themed and just really nice to go up and spend time with family we don't get to see very much.

Cedar City Move

Dad got a new job at SUU so Nicoel, Nathan and Daniel helped them pack up and drove a caravan of vehicles over to Utah. They had their own adventures (failed car rental, incorrect U-Haul order, packing up until 2 in the morning, a blown tire in the middle of nowhere (actually, not that far from my rollover in May 2009)) getting to the house in Cedar City, but eventually, we all made it. Clark, the girls, and I joined up with them for a (fairly) relaxing Sunday, then we helped unload the trucks first thing Monday morning while new carpet was being installed, too. I am so excited for this new adventure for them!
