Another Haircut

Well, we've had another scissors incident, and of course it's right before we have another baby (so, family pictures) and the start of school (more pictures)! I swear all the scissors were hidden, too! Not sure where this pair was snuck from, but I was brushing Azucena's hair right before she went to bed and noticed a lot of extra layers but thought I was imagining things. After putting her to sleep, I walked into her bathroom and saw a handful of hair in the trash can. ::sigh::

Azucena was very embarrassed about having to get a haircut (which is why there are no faces in the before pictures) but was mildly okay with the end result, although I did have to trick her into smiling for the last picture. It's shorter than I asked for/wanted, but it's a good, low-maintenance haircut and hopefully she's okay with it and it works for school.

 

Playing Outside

What with the warmer weather lately, we've been able to go outside to play!

 

Guess who can climb all by herself? (Don't worry--we spot her all the time. I just stepped back for half a second to take these pictures.)

Her hair-do is a mix of going down the slide and static electricity. :) 

Some of you may be wondering, where was Adelaide during all of this? Well . . .

Being a newborn is rough.

Nothing and, yet, everything!

I don't understand how so much can be going on in my life and yet I have nothing to write in this blog about.

Although I *will* write that on Friday our stake had a Halloween Dance/party and it was ridiculously fun to get dressed up and help others get there, too. :D

For example:
I don't know if you can tell, but he's supposed to be Brendan Flowers from the Killers. And he has a fohawk, which took, like, twenty minutes to do. It was frawesome. I'll post more pictures later. Maybe.
